Bottom Caps are only needed when using an EZwhelp Aluminum Suspension Rod with the EZclassic Box. They have a specialized half circle notch in the center that alligns with the suspension rod notch. This locks the suspension rod in place preventing it from moving/shifting around.
*The bottom caps for the EZclassic posts are not required to set up the EZclassic Whelping Box.*
