New Hours

After much consideration and conversations with our families, EZwhelp will be adjusting their hours of operation.  Beginning the week of May 8th, 2023, EZwhelp will follow the following hours of operation: 

Packing/Shipping and Customer Service: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST. 

Closed: Friday to Sunday and major holidays. 

Any emails/voicemails sent after 4:30 EST will be responded to the morning of the following business day. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding regarding our business hours. As a small family-oriented business, we prioritize work-family life balance for our team members, each of whom is at a stage in life that required greater family attention. 

*Orders placed Thursday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If faster shipping is selected, please note that your order will ship on Monday and the shipping time estimate is from the shipping date (not the order date.)
