FAQ: When Will My Order Ship?

Please Note: Due to extremely limited inventory, some items may experience delays in shipping. If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

If you would like to request a partial shipment of in-stock items, please email us at customer_service@ezwhelp.com with your order number. Our team is happy to accommodate whenever possible.

We are expecting a full inventory restock in early December, and all backordered items will ship as soon as they arrive. You will receive tracking information the moment your order leaves our facility.

When will my order ship?

Most EZwhelp orders ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or limited inventory, some items will ship a little later. If an item is on backorder, it will ship immediately once new inventory arrives. You’ll receive tracking the moment it leaves our warehouse.

What if my order contains both in-stock and backordered items?

To keep things simple, orders are usually shipped together once all items are ready. If you’d like the in-stock items shipped sooner, just email us at customer_service@ezwhelp.com with your order number. Our team can arrange a partial shipment whenever possible.

When is the next restock?

We are expecting a full restock in early December. All backordered items will be fulfilled right away as soon as products arrive at our facility.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — as soon as your order ships (full or partial), you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
