Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground. For smaller shipments we may ship via the US Mail system (First Class or Priority). We typically ship very quickly but time in transit will vary. If you are close to us (Florida) you can expect your shipment within a few business days. Shipments to the west coast will take up to 6 business days.
Shipping rates for whelping boxes, exercise pen, and gates are displayed elsewhere with the prices. For pads and other supplies, shipping is based on the total value as follows:

Multiple Whelping Box DiscountWhen purchasing multiple whelping boxes of the same configuration (e.g. with/without rails, etc.), the additional boxes will ship FREE.
Expedited ShippingIf you need expedited shipping, please email us. Tell us exactly what you will be purchasing and what your zip code is. If you include a phone number we will call you with a quote, otherwise we will email it to you.
Please understand that Next Day or 2-Day shipping can be very expensive. We do not mark up these rates, but shipping a whelping box via Next Day is usually cost prohibitive.

If you are not, please return the product to us, in unused and undamaged condition, and we will promptly refund your payment (less shipping charges, or our actual shipping cost if it is more).
Some of the products we offer are used. When selling such reclaimed merchandise it is difficult for us to grade qualities and then accurately convey that to our buyers. We know it is also difficult for our buyers to make purchase decisions based on criteria that are necessarily inexact. Please understand that we do our best to be honest and accurate. Again, if you feel that our delivered product does not fairly meet the criteria specified on this site, please return the unused product for a full refund (less shipping charges, or our actual shipping cost if it is more).
To qualify for a refund, please have the product returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you. You must contact us regarding your return so we can properly identify it and process your refund. Thank you!
